Each webhook makes one delivery per route for every CLI listening to its source, or one per route while none does. Going over the monthly limit doesn't stop your webhooks right away. See Plans and limits for what happens next.
Questions before you upgrade
Does Pro cover every project?
Yes. Pro covers the whole organization: every project and every member in it. Only owners and admins can change the plan.
What happens past the limit?
You pay nothing extra. On Free, your projects lock at 25,000 deliveries, but webhooks still reach your app. Hookspot keeps receiving them up to 30,000 deliveries a month on Free and 300,000 on Pro. Then it turns new ones away until the month ends, or until you upgrade to Pro.
Who handles payment and tax?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle runs the checkout, renewals, invoices and refunds, and adds tax where it applies.
How do I cancel?
An owner or admin cancels from Settings › Billing in the app. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Then the organization moves to Free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Paddle charges your card for the plan you picked. To stay on Free, an owner or admin cancels from Settings › Billing before the trial ends.
